Once your Service Provider has provisioned PhoneLine+ for you, a welcome email will be delivered to you, inviting you to start the registration process.
We advise following the registration process on a PC, MAC, or laptop and not a mobile device. This will ensure your PhoneLine+ account is registered successfully.
You must also ensure the registration process is completed within 30 days of you receiving the link in your welcome email. If your welcome link expires, please contact your Service Provider to request a new one.
