Adding a contact as a ‘Favourite’
There are several ways to add a contact as a ‘favourite’.
Via the ‘Contacts’ page
To edit or delete a contact, please refer to the steps detailed in the ‘Editing and deleting a contact’ guide above. Under the ‘Edit contact’ section, you will find an option to mark that contact as a favourite.

Via the ‘star’ icon
You can also click the star icon alongside a contact’s user profile image to add them as a favourite.

Export V Card
Selecting the ‘Export VCard’ option generates a contact file that can be easily shared externally.
Sharing a contact with others in your organisation
Adding personal contacts allows for sharing with other PhoneLine+ users within your organisation.
This setting can be configured when you create a new contact (by toggling ‘Set as shared’ on) then clicking ‘Save’.

Configuration can also be adjusted later through the contact edit drop-down menu found within a user profile.

Deleting a contact
To remove a contact, just select ‘Delete Contact’ from the drop-down menu that appears above.

Please note! If you choose to delete a contact, their details cannot be retrieved.
You can only delete contacts that you have added yourself.
