Introduction

Welcome to the March release of PhoneLine+. This release is due for the morning of Tuesday 31st March 2026. 

Enhancements

Emergency Services Updates

Work is going to be deployed in this release to improve our interface with the UK emergency services:

  • Work will be deployed to enforce the capture of UK addresses for each user
  • There will also be work to enforce the assignment of a UK geo/non-geo number to every user.

This work will not yet be active, and will be hidden for all users until a confirmed date that will be communicated in advance. Once the work is made public, the following will be true:

  • If the user does not have a UK address they will be prompted to input one via the web app, desktop app, or native (mobile) apps
  • If a user has an existing UK address they may be prompted to confirm it
  • If the user does not input an address, they will be unable to make calls until the above steps are completed.

Fixes

  • We have fixed an issue with “keep me signed in” not working despite being selected
  • We have fixed an issue with redirected calls failing
  • We have fixed an issue where users can’t access exported reports
  • We have fixed an issue with Android inbound call routing so that Android users can receive calls.
