To log into your PhoneLine+ account, you will need your email address and password.
The email address will be the one you used to sign up for PhoneLine+. If you are unsure of the correct email address, please contact your channel partner.
Your password must be 8 or more characters, contain letters and at least one number.
The eye icon in the password field will allow you to toggle visibility of the password as you enter it. This can make it easier to enter your password accurately. Be aware of your surroundings when using this feature, to avoid people around you seeing your screen.
If you don’t know your password, you can reset it by using the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login page. This will send a recovery link to your email, and you will be able to set a new password.
If you are not able to log in to PhoneLine+, please check the following:
- The e-mail address that you have entered is valid
- The password that you have entered is correct (if you do not remember your password, you can use the forgotten password link)
