Analytics

In the analytics section, you can view a summary of your call history. This includes calls you have made, missed and received:

  • History of calls
  • Number of calls
  • Proportion of calls
  • Duration of calls

Time period

You can view analytics over a period of day, week, or month

Use the left arrow button to navigate backwards in time, and the right arrow button to navigate forwards in time.

You can also select a custom time period, by entering a start date and end date, representing the period of interest.

Auto-refresh

When auto-refresh is on, the analytics update every 30 seconds as you are viewing analytics.
